Supervisory Board
The company has a Supervisory Board, which comprises a minimum of 14 and a maximum of 18 members elected by the general meeting.
The Supervisory Board, together with the Nomination Committee, prepares a proposal to the Annual General Meeting on the number of members of the Board of Directors, the persons to be elected to the Board of Directors, the Chair and the Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors and the remuneration paid to them, which are based on Remuneration policy. The Supervisory Board is also responsible for supervising the corporate administration, issuing instructions to the Board of Directors, issuing an opinion on the Financial Statements, the Board of Directors’ report and the auditors’ report, and other duties that are prescribed for it in the Limited Liability Companies Act.
