Change in Apetit Plc’s Board of Directors: Annikka Hurme resigns from Apetit’s Board

Annikka Hurme, member of the Apetit's Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Board of Directors, has announced her resignation from the Board of the company affecting immediately. The reason for her resignation, that happened in good agreement, is the competitive set-up, which was resulted from the business acquisition of her full-time employer.

After the resignation of Hurme, the Board of Apetit Plc comprises five members.

Due to the resignation of Hurme, the Supervisory Board of Apetit Plc changes its proposition to the Annual General Meeting 2025 of Apetit Plc. Supervisory Board of Apetit Plc proposes to the General Meeting that five (5) members are to be elected to the Board of Directors, that Erkki Järvinen is elected as new to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Niko Simula re-elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and that Heli Arantola, Antti Korpiniemi and Kati Sulin are re-elected as the other members of the Board of Directors.
